Return conditions for items purchased from Phonetastik GmbH. Every return must be sent with a delivery bill in which a brief description of the fault is noted for each item. If the return does not contain a description of the fault, it will not be accepted and sent back, as we cannot process it without this information.
Please check every return to ensure that the returned items are Phonetastik GmbH goods and remove all foreign labels. This is the only way to ensure smooth processing. If the item is a blister pack, it must also be returned with the blister packaging. The packaging must be in exactly the same condition as it was sent by us. No foreign labels may be stuck to the packaging.
Service Center goods are covered by a 3-month warranty.
Service center goods from Samsung and LG must be tested for full functionality before installation. The warranty claim for service center goods is void after installation and gluing of the goods because we cannot make a complaint to the manufacturer. Display units compatible with iPhone are covered by a 6-month warranty. Damaged displays (e.g. deep scratches in the display, torn flex cables, etc...) will not be accepted. In general, there is no warranty claim for incorrectly installed goods and in the case of personal fault.
A processing fee of €5.95 per item will be charged for items that were ordered incorrectly or are no longer required. The deadline for this is 14 days from the invoice date. If items are returned later than 14 days, an additional 10% loss of value surcharge will be charged.
